  1. ONLINE: Click the appropriate "submit payment" button below to register for a workshop or individual shoot. When paying, enter all your personal information in the space allowing for comments. Payment is handled by "PayPal" and is 100% secure.

    2. I would like to attend a nude workshop. ($150)
    I would like to attend an intro to lighting workshop. ($50)
    I would like to put a deposit on an individual shoot. ($100)

  3. PHONE: Set it up over the phone by contacting Sterling Chow at 818.882.8660.

  4. MAIL: Print and fill out this printer-friendly form, include a check made out to Bentlight Studios in the amount of the workshop. Then send snail mail to 9906 Canoga Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311.
